First, read the instruction about how to use the Saleer.

How it works?

Saleer allows you to anonymously, quickly and profitably exchange Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dash, Monero for fiat, creating transactions with other users.  You can accept the existing terms of exchange proposed by users in the ads, and set your conditions in the new ad.

Saleer service allows each user to create their own exchange office and earn on the difference in cryptocurrency rates.  You do not need to track cryptocurrency rates and constantly change your ads – the system will do everything on its own in real time.  Just select the exchange, which rate will be used for your ad by default and set the size of your commission (for example, 2%).

Which cryptocurrencies can be exchanged?

Saleer is currently working with Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Dash, Monero.

Which payment systems are available for buying and selling cryptocurrency?

The principal difference of the Saleer service is absolute flexibility in choosing the direction of exchange.  You can either choose the payment systems we offer (Payeer, PayPal WebMoney, Visa and MasterCard, top-up mobile phones, etc.), or offer your payment systems, which will be added to the service after a quick check by the moderator.

My payment system is not listed.  What to do?

You can always offer us to add a payment system in the command window for creating an advertisement when choosing the exchange direction (on the last page of the dialogue list).  If the payment system does not violate the Terms and Conditions of the service, then after a quick moderation your ad will be approved, and the new payment system will appear in the dialog box for future announcements.  Re-moderation for new ads in this payment system is not required.

How to create / edit offer?

There are three ways to create offer:

1) by clicking the “Create offer” button in the start command window of the service;

2) by clicking the “Create offer” button when visiting a page with current active announcements by other users about the purchase and sale of cryptocurrency;

3) by clicking the “Create offer” button in the command window “Wallet” -> “My offers”.

Each offer contains several editable user settings:

Exchange rate – the price in a certain fiat currency in relation to one whole unit of cryptocurrency, set by the exchange selected by the user at the time of exchange.

Example: The current value of (700,000) issued by Exmo will mean that you will buy / sell 1 unit of cryptocurrency at a price of 700,000 in your chosen fiat currency.  When the exchange rate changes on the exchange in real time, the exchange rate in your ad will also change.

Limitations – limits within which you trade on the selected ad.

Example: The limit (1000-10 000) indicates that you are ready to make a purchase / sale of cryptocurrency from 1000 to 10 000 units in your chosen fiat currency.

Commission – the percentage value of the deviation from the exchange rate of the exchange selected by the user.

Requisites (for sales announcements) – the number of your fiat account to which the buyer will pay for the cryptocurrency you sold.

Payment can be accepted only on personal cards, as well as cards transferred by proxy (oral or written).  Details must correspond to the selected section of the payment method.

Description – an optional brief description of the conditions under which you make a deal to buy / sell cryptocurrency (for example, you can specify that the exchange process may take up to half an hour at night).In this paragraph, there should be no territorial restrictions, details, additional commissions, advertising, insults.

Stop trading – makes it possible not to display the ad in the general list.

Share – get an external url link to your ad.

Edit – make changes to the description, course, or restrictions of the ad.

Delete – delete the ad.

How is the sale of cryptocurrency going?

You can appear in a cryptocurrency sale transaction as a maker (creator of the announcement) or a taker (cryptocurrency seller working on current announcements of other users, the actual initiator of the transaction).

Rules for conducting a transaction on the sale of cryptocurrency by a maker:

  1. Click the “Create offer” button.
  2. Choose the cryptocurrency you want to sell and the payment system through which you want to receive funds from the sale.
  3. Set the minimum and maximum restrictions on the amount of exchange, select the exchange whose exchange rate will be used by default, and the value of your commission on the exchange rate (in percentage).
  4. Write the terms of the exchange, if there are any (optional).
  5. When you receive an offer from a taker to conduct a transaction on the conditions specified by you, be sure to check if you are satisfied with the current rate and the amount of exchange.
  6. After confirming the transaction, send your payment requisites to the buyer.
  7. As soon as the buyer transfers money to you at the specified details, the service will send you a system confirmation.
  8. Check the actual receipt of funds and confirm their receipt.
  9. After confirmation, the transaction is considered completed.  Coins blocked on your wallet will be sent to the buyer, who will be charged a commission of 1% of the amount of coins received as a result of the exchange.  The cryptocurrency seller does not pay a commission.

Rules for conducting a transaction on the sale of cryptocurrency by a taker:

  1. Click the “Sell” button and go to the active cryptocurrency purchase announcements.  Select the amount for which you want to make a deal. The service will select the best offer for you.
  2. Read the terms of the buyer, according to which the transaction will be completed.
  3. After you approve the terms of the transaction, a certain number of coins will be blocked on your balance and a response from the buyer will be expected within 5 minutes (or the transaction will be automatically canceled).  If the transaction is canceled, select another buyer.
  4. As soon as the buyer confirms the transaction, you will send him the payment details in a counter message.
  5. As soon as the buyer transfers money to you at the specified details, the service will send you a system confirmation.
  6. Check the actual receipt of funds and confirm their receipt.
  7. After confirmation, the transaction is considered completed.  Coins blocked on your wallet will be sent to the buyer, who will be charged a commission of 1% of the amount of coins received as a result of the exchange.  The cryptocurrency seller does not pay a commission.

Important to remember:

* That after the buyer has confirmed receipt of funds, it is impossible to dispute the transaction.

* Send coins only when the actual receipt of funds from the buyer to your account in full.  Do not take screenshots, extracts and other indirect evidence as evidence of sending funds.

* Do not send coins at the request of impostors posing as service employees.

* If after an exchange there are fewer coins left on the seller’s wallet than this is set by the minimum limit of the announcement, then the announcement becomes inactive.  To enable an ad, you must either replenish your wallet or change the minimum limit, and then manually activate the ad.

* You can get the address to replenish the balance of your wallet in the section: “Wallet” – “Receive”.

How is the purchase of cryptocurrency going?

You can act in a cryptocurrency purchase transaction as a maker (creator of the announcement) or a taker (cryptocurrency buyer working on current announcements of other users, the actual initiator of the transaction).

Rules for conducting a transaction on the purchase of cryptocurrency by a maker:

  1. Click the “Create offer” button.
  2. Choose the cryptocurrency you want to buy and the payment system through which you want to send funds to the seller.
  3. Set the minimum and maximum restrictions on the amount of exchange, select the exchange whose exchange rate will be used by default, and the value of your commission on the exchange rate (in percentage).
  4. Write the terms of the exchange, if any (optional).
  5. When you receive an offer from a taker to conduct a transaction on the conditions specified by you, be sure to check if you are satisfied with the current rate and the amount of exchange.
  6. After confirming the transaction, wait for the seller to send you his payment details.
  7. After receiving the details, transfer to them and be sure to press the confirmation button to send funds.
  8. Wait until the cryptocurrency seller checks the actual receipt of funds and confirms their receipt.
  9. After confirmation by the seller, the transaction is considered completed.  Coins are sent to your wallet in the service. You, as a cryptocurrency buyer, will be charged a commission of 1% of the amount of coins received as a result of the exchange.  The cryptocurrency seller does not pay a commission.

  1. Click the “Buy” button and go to active cryptocurrency ads.  Select the amount for which you want to make a deal. The service will select the best offer for you.
  2. Read the terms of the seller of the cryptocurrency according to which the transaction will be completed.
  3. After you approve the terms of the transaction, a response from the seller will be expected within 5 minutes (or the transaction will be automatically canceled).  If the transaction is canceled, select another seller.
  4. As soon as the seller confirms the transaction, he will send you his payment details in a counter message.
  5. After receiving the details, transfer to them and be sure to press the confirmation button to send funds.
  6. Wait until the cryptocurrency seller checks the actual receipt of funds and confirms their receipt.
  7. After confirmation by the seller, the transaction is considered completed.  Coins are sent to your wallet in the service. You, as a cryptocurrency buyer, will be charged a commission of 1% of the amount of coins received as a result of the exchange.  The cryptocurrency seller does not pay a commission.

Important to remember:

* That in case of problems with the transaction, you need to open a dispute, and then transfer detailed information to the support service operator (arbiter) through the corresponding button in the dispute menu.

* When choosing a specific bank to purchase, do not transfer money from a third-party bank, as  this may lead to cancellation of the transaction.

* Do not send funds at the request of impostors posing as service employees.

When is the offer moderation needed?

Offers are moderated in the following cases:

– when the maker adds new payment services that were not previously used in the Saleer service system;

– if necessary, verification of the user in case of suspicion of fraud by the maker.

What are the warranties?

According to the terms of the service, we guarantee the presence of cryptocurrency on the balance sheet of one of the parties and their temporary freezing at the time of the transaction.

At the time of the creation of the transaction, the seller freezes a certain amount of cryptocurrency until he confirms the receipt of funds from the buyer.

The transaction is considered completed after the service unlocks the cryptocurrency in favor of the buyer.

How to view transaction history?

An extract of all transactions can be found in the “Wallet” – “Transaction History” section, by selecting the cryptocurrency that interests you.

How to choose a payment method section?

Choosing a specific payment system, you can transfer funds only within this system.  For example, you can transfer funds from an Alfa-Bank account only to an Alfa-Bank account.  Violation of this condition may lead to cancellation of the transaction.

For interbank transfers, use the sections “MasterCard”, “VISA”, “From card to card” and “Any bank world wide”.

Safety rules when working with the Saleer service

1. Hide the phone number associated with Telegram from unauthorized persons.

2. Set two-factor authentication to your Telegram account.

3. Do not indicate in the details and conditions of the order the phone number that is associated with your Telegram account.

4. Do not conduct transactions and do not transfer details outside the bot.

5. Carefully read the terms of the order before accepting the transaction.

6. Do not send cryptocurrency to the buyer before the actual receipt of funds to your account.

7. Do not accept gift card codes as a payment method until they are actually credited to your balance.

8. Check the buyer and source of funds transferred to you.

9. Do not install third-party software or accept files from unverified sources.

10. Do not disclose the phone number, confirmation codes, passwords, card details to third parties.

11. Do not comply with fraudsters who pretend to be support agents or Saleer employees.

Buyer has blocked coins, but does not transfer money.

In this case, you need to wait for the automatic cancellation of the transaction or the opening of the dispute (60 minutes).  If the buyer opened a dispute, but you still have not received the money, then expect the intervention of an arbitrator. Issues related to disputes are decided by arbitrators only within the service.

Please attach an account statement and a brief comment on the dispute – this will speed up the process.

Wait for a decision and provide additional information if necessary.

If the arbiter did not contact you, it means that at the moment he does not need information from you, and the proceedings are with the buyer.

In no case do you send coins before the actual receipt of funds to your account in full *.

* If you sent coins without making sure of the receipt of funds, you violate the terms of service and risk losing money.

You paid for the purchase, but the seller did not send you the cryptocurrency.

In this case, you need to open a dispute and wait for the arbitrator to intervene.  Issues related to disputes are decided by arbitrators only within the service.

Please attach an account statement and a brief comment on the dispute – this will speed up the process.

Wait for a decision and, if necessary, provide additional information (account statement and other supporting documents).

If the arbiter has not contacted you, it means that at the moment he does not need information from you, and the proceedings are with the seller.

How to block / unblock a user?

To block / unblock a user, you need to click on his username, then go to his profile and click on the “Block / Unblock” button.

How to write a message to the user?

To send a message to a user, you need to click on his username, then go to his profile and click on the “Send message” button.  Remember that the message should not contain details, additional commissions, advertising, insults.

How to change currency in Saleer service?

To select a currency, go to the “Settings” – “Localization” – “Default Currency”.  At the moment, dollars (USD), euros (EUR) and Russian rubles (RUB) are available for selection.

How to change the language in the service to English?

To change the system language, go to the “Settings” – “Localization” – “Language”.

I received less cryptocurrency from the transaction.  Why?

The buyer’s commission of 1% was deducted from the amount of your purchased cryptocurrency.

How to see the whole list of offers?

By default, the service selects the best cryptocurrency purchase / sale offers for you.  To see the entire list of orders, you need to click the “View all offers” button under the recommended ad.  They will be sorted by current rate and restrictions set by the makers.

Trading Commissions at Saleer.

The buyer pays a 1% commission on the amount of cryptocurrency purchased.  When withdrawing funds, the commission is deducted from the amount to the miners, the size of which can be found out with the help of the / fees service team.

Is it possible not to enter the details of payment systems each time a cryptocurrency is sold?

In the settings of an ad when selling a cryptocurrency, the maker can specify the details for which he would like to receive funds by default.  In this case, there will be no service message about sending details when the transaction is activated, and the buyer will receive your details automatically.

I can’t exchange cryptocurrencies all day long.  What should I do?

You can set “quiet hours” in the “Settings” – “Do Not Disturb” – “Set Quiet Hours” section, indicating first your current time, and then the time at which you cannot process the orders of takers.

If you need to change the “quiet hours”, then select the “Reset Quiet Hours” option and enter new data.
